Purpose

This report and
subsequent decision notice will detail the procurement of a
resurfacing contract for B5206 Upholland Road, Billinge and
recommend a suitable course of action to be taken.

Decision

The Assistant Director - Infrastructure and
Regulatory Services authorises:
 

(1)    
the award of the contract,
relating to resurfacing works on B5206 Upholland Road, Billinge
(O/S No.272 – Crank Road) to the contractor outlined in the
report; and

(2)    
the Assistant Director –
Legal, Governance and Elections to enter into such documentation
necessary to give effect to (1) above.
