Purpose

This report and
subsequent decision notice will detail the procurement of a
resurfacing contract for A572 Chaddock Lane, Astley and recommend a
suitable course of action to be taken.

Decision

The Assistant Director - Infrastructure &
Regulatory Services authorises:
 

(1)        
the award of the contract,
relating to resurfacing works on A572 Chaddock Lane, Astley
(Wallwork Road – O/S No.234); to the contractor outlined in
the report; and

(2)        
the Assistant Director –
Legal, Governance & Elections to enter into such documentation
necessary to give effect to 1 above.
