Purpose

To enter into a
Support and Nominations Agreement with Bespoke Supported Tenancies
for the provision of specialist supported accommodation

Decision

 The Director – Social Care and
Transformation authorises:
 

(1)    
to enter into a five-year Support
and Nominations Agreement with Bespoke Supported Tenancies
(BeST)the provider outlined in the report for the provision of
accommodation for people with learning disabilities; and

(2)    
the Assistant Director- Legal,
Governance & Elections to enter into such documentation on
behalf of the Council that may be necessary to give effect to 1
above.
