Contract with
NEC for 5 years

Decision

 The Portfolio Holder – Housing and
Welfare authorises:
 

(1)    
the award of the contract in
respect of software services to the provider and on the terms
outlined in the report;

(2)    
assistant Director - Housing to
enter into such documentation on behalf of the Council to give
effect to approve expenditure from the Housing Revenue Account for
IT/Systems for the sums described in the report; and

(3)    
the Assistant Director –
Legal, Governance & Elections to enter into such documentation
on behalf of the Council to give effect to the above.
