Purpose

Single storey
new build classroom block

Decision

The Portfolio Holder for Planning,
Environmental Services and Transport authorises:-

(1)    
the allocation of Basic Need
capital funding to the project, including budget release of the
out-turn figure;

(2)    
the appointment of the contractor
identified in the report, to construct the new classroom block at
Golborne Primary School, to facilitate the additional pupil places
required;

(3)    
the Assistant Director –
Legal, Governance and Elections to enter into such documentation on
behalf of the Council necessary to give effect to (2) above;
and

(4)    
the Assistant Director –
Property and Assets to approve the use of project contingency if
required within the budget release
figure.
