Decision to
accept offer of £100k GMCA revenue funding to support a
housing led development scheme in the borough

Decision

The Assistant Director of Planning and
Regeneration authorises:-
 

(1)    
the acceptance of additional
revenue grant funding from the Greater Manchester Combined
Authority (GMCA) to support a specific housing led scheme in the
borough at the South of Hindley site; and

(2)    
the Assistant Director Legal,
Governance & Elections to prepare and complete any legal
documentation necessary to give effect to (1) above.
