Purpose

That a resolution proposed by the directors of
YPO Procurement Holding Limited (“Company”), in which
the Council is a shareholder, to sell and transfer shares in
accordance with the detail set out in the report.

Decision

 The Assistant Director – Community
Wealth and Health is requested to authorise:-
 

(1)        
the sale and transfer of each of
the Company’s 300 B Shares of £1.00 each in EdTech
Impact Limited in accordance with the detail set out in this
report; and

(2)        
agreement to Julie Hawley,
Executive Director – Finance (YPO) to proceed to negotiate
the final terms of the transaction and complete all
necessary.
