Purpose

of social housing.

Mobysoft’s Rentsense product
was procured to provide a platform that fundamentally reshapes the
rent collection process.

Massive improvements in our rent
collection operation have been made utilising the product and
additional modules to automate contact activities will support
collection improvements.

To move from the existing provider
poses significant risks that would negatively impact on tenant
experience and collection performance.
 

Decision

The Portfolio Holder – Housing and
Welfare authorises:
 

(1)  the
award of the contract for the provision of housing rent collection
software to the provider identified in the report on the terms
described; and

(2)  the
Assistant Director – Legal, Governance & Elections to
enter any agreements necessary on behalf of the Council to
facilitate 1.
