Purpose

To seek
approval for the renewal of Practical Law and Westlaw with Thomson
Reuters via Northwest Legal Consortium framework, commencing on 1st
January 2025 and running for 3 calendar years.

Decision

The Assistant
Director – Legal, Governance and Elections (Monitoring
Officer) authorises:
 

(1)    
entering into the contract on the
terms outlined in the report to permit access to the online
resources described; and

(2)    
entering into such documentation
on behalf of the Council as may necessary in order to give effect
to 1 above.
