Purpose

The Cabinet requested a report containing information in
relation to the subject matter of a motion proposed at the full
Council meeting in August 2024, in relation to Town Charters. The
report will outline how the Council’s strategic approach
'Progress with Unity', commits to improving all our district
centres.
