Purpose

The migration
of the Council’s Financial Management System from a server
based system to a Cloud based solution with the current
provider.

Decision

The Portfolio Holder for Finance,
Resources and Transformation authorises:

(1)  the
appointment of the Contractor identified in the report to provide
the Financial Management System (FMS) and associated support to the
Council for the contract term described in the report;
and

(2)  the
Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and Elections to enter
into any agreements on behalf of the Council necessary to
facilitate (1).
