Purpose

To agree that
GM Music Hub Lead Organisation (HLO), Bolton Council will receive
the total GM Capital Grant for Musical Instruments from Arts
Council England, and will distribute it to the relevant LA partners
based on the formula published by ACE and DfE.

Decision

 The Assistant Director – Education
authorises:-
 

(1)    
acceptance of the grant funding on
the terms set out in the report; and

(2)    
the Assistant Director –
Legal Governance and Elections to enter into any documentation on
behalf of the Council that may be necessary to give effect to 1
above.
