Purpose

Approval for the main construction works for our A580 Mosley
Common scheme.

This work is being funded by S106 and S278 monies.

Procurement will be carried out via a framework.

Decision

The Portfolio Holder for Planning,
Environmental Services and Transport authorises:-

 

(1)         
the appointment of the contractor
identified in the report as the main contractor for the A580 /
Mosley Common Road scheme; and 

(2)         
the Assistant Director –
Legal, Governance and Elections to enter into any agreements
necessary to facilitate the
above.
