Director of Finance and Legal and seek approval of the proposed
next steps.

Decision

The Director – Finance and
Legal (in consultation with the Executive Leader)
authorises:

the terms of the proposed agreement described within the
report; and

(2)         
the Assistant Director –
Legal, Governance and Elections to enter into any agreements or
documentation necessary on behalf of the Council to facilitate
