Purpose

To report on matters relating to Councils interest in the Grand
Arcade

Decision

The Portfolio Holder for Finance,
Resources and Transformation:-

 

(1)    
agrees the terms for the proposed
release of the rent deposit described in the report; and

(2)    
authorises the Assistant Director
– Legal, Governance and Elections to enter into any
agreements necessary on behalf of the Council to facilitate (1)
above.
