Purpose

Wigan Council would like to appoint a Consultant for the
provision of Independent Fire Risk Appraisals, Assessments and
Ad-Hoc Technical Support in relation to its portfolio of housing
and corporate building stock.

Decision

The Portfolio Holder for Housing and Welfare
is requested to authorise the appointment of the successful
contractor identified in the report to undertake Independent Fire
Risk Appraisals, Assessments and Ad-Hoc Technical Support in
relation to its portfolio of housing and corporate building
stock.
