Purpose

The report sets out financial information in relation to the
housing development at Meadowvale Drive for approval

Decision

The Director of Place:-
(1)      agrees the
financial settlement as set out in the report;

(2)      delegates
authority to the Assistant Director Legal, Governance and Elections
to complete any documentation to give effect to the above;
and

(3)      authorises the
necessary budget release from the Housing Revenue Account capital
programme.
