Purpose

Request for a four year extension of the current
contract.

Decision

That the Assistant Director - Digital
authorises:

(1)   
the award of the contract in respect of software services to
the provider and on the terms outlined in the report;
and

(2)   
the Assistant Director – Legal Governance &
Elections to enter into such documentation on behalf of the Council
to give effect to 1.
