Adjustment to main contract award – Landscape Engineering

Decision

That the Director of Strategy & Innovation authorises:
-
 

(1)  the increase in the contract value
outlined in the report to undertake the specified works as part of
the Norley Hall adventure play contract.

(2)  budget release to ensure that the work
can be completed within the anticipated project timescale;
and

(3)  the Assistant Director – Legal,
Governance & Elections to enter any agreements on behalf of the
Council to facilitate 1.
