Purpose

Additional Funding to meet tender costs

Decision

The Portfolio Holder for Planning, Environmental Services and
transport authorises:
 

(1)      
the appointment of the contractor outlined in the report to
construct a new block to facilitate additional Resource Provision
accommodation;

(2)      
the allocation of additional Basic Need capital funding to the
capital programme line, including budget release of the out-turn
figure; and

(3)      
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance & Elections to
enter into such documentation on behalf of the Council necessary to
give effect to (1) above.
