Purpose

The report seeks approval for budget amendments to the Rough
Sleepers Accommodation Programme for 12 units of
accommodation.

Decision

The Portfolio Holder for Housing and Welfare authorises the cost
variation to the budget costs for the construction of the Rough
Sleeper Accommodation Programme 12 one-bedroom apartments as
detailed in the report and associated amendment to the Housing
Revenue Capital Programme in relation to the approved total scheme
cost budget.
