Purpose

New build replacement of the existing school by the
DfE

Decision

The Portfolio Holder for
Children and Families authorises:
 

(1)   
the rebuilding of RL Hughes Community Primary School in
Ashton-in-Makerfield, by the Department for Education (DfE);

(2)   
the allocation of Basic Need capital funding to the project and the
creation of a capital line on the capital programme, including
budget release of the out turn figure; and

(3)   
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and Elections to
enter into such documentation on behalf of the Council necessary to
give effect to the above.
