Purpose

Report relating to the legal Section 75 agreement, which covers
the localities pooled budget arrangements, currently limited to the
Better Care Fund scope.

Decision

The Portfolio Holder for Adult Social Care (Deputy Leader)
authorises:
 

(1)  
entering into the updated section 75 agreement with the GMICB as
the replacement to the existing section 75 agreement; and

(2)  
the Assistant Director - Legal, Governance and Elections to enter
into such documentation necessary on behalf of the council to give
effect to (1).
