Purpose

To seek agreement to sign a partnership agreement between Wigan
Council and Bolton Council, the lead partner in the GM Music
Hub.

Decision

The Portfolio Holder for Children and Families authorises:-
 

(1)  
the Council to enter into a partnership agreement with Bolton
Council for the Greater Manchester Music Hub; and

(2)  
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and Elections
(Monitoring Officer) to enter into the partnership agreement
referred to in point 1, in the form substantially the same as the
agreement at appendix 1 of this report, any variation of it, or any
alternative agreement that achieves the same purpose.
