Purpose

Report outlining the individual supplier contracts required to
deliver the Gym refurbishment programme at Leigh Leisure
Centre

Decision

The Portfolio Holder for Communities and Neighbourhoods
authorises:
 
(1)
    the award of the required supplier
contracts to the providers as set out within this report to deliver
the gym and studio refurbishment programme at Leigh Leisure Centre;
and

(2)     the Assistant Director
– Legal, Governance & Elections to enter into any
agreements on behalf of the Council to
facilitate (1).
