Purpose

Entering to a grant agreement and award of grant under the
Future High Street Fund King Street Project in respect to 36-44
King Street

Decision

The Assistant Director, Planning & Regeneration
authorises:
 

(1)      
award of the allocation of grant funding from the Future High
Street Fund: King Street project to the recipient identified in the
report to deliver the project described therein; and

(2)      
the assistant Director – Legal, Governance and Elections to
enter into the Grant Funding Agreement and the associated legal
charge, the substantive form of which is appended to the report and
any ancillary agreements necessary to give effect to (1).
