Purpose

Report seeking approval to award the contract for the repair of
the Boathouse at Low Bank Ground following a process to secure
planning consent and obtain firm costs.

Decision

The Director - Strategy and Innovation authorises:
 

(1)  
entry into the Development Management agreement contract described
within the report and any ancillary agreements to deliver the
repair and restoration works at Low Bank Ground subject to planning
consent; and

(2)  
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and Elections
(Monitoring Officer) to enter into any agreements on behalf of the
Council to facilitate (1).
