Purpose

To authorise a variation of the terms for the Option to Purchase
Progress House previously approved.

Decision

The Portfolio Holder – Finance, Resources and
Transformation:
 

(1)      
authorises a variation of the terms for the Option to Purchase
Progress House previously approved, as described in the report;

(2)      
delegates authority to the Assistant Director - Property and Assets
to finalise the detailed terms of the disposal pursuant to the
option referred to at (1); and

(3)      
authorises the Assistant Director - Legal Governance and Elections
to enter into all necessary agreements required to facilitate the
above on behalf of the Council.
