Purpose
The Annual Housing Complaints Report covers the trends in the
complaints received by housing services during 2023/24 and the
service improvements that have been put in plan. This report
includes the outcome of our self-assessment against the Housing
Ombudsman’s Complaints Code. These are public documents that
reinforce our commitment to being transparent and accountable to
our tenants, as well as meeting the requirements set out by the
Regulator of Social Housing and the Housing Ombudsman.
