Purpose

Approval for the drawdown of capital funding to develop the Lane
Head scheme up to detailed OBC/FBC.

Works are funded via the City Region Sustainable Transport
Settlement (CRSTS).

Decision

 
The Director of Place authorises:
 
(1)
    the council to enter into a funding
agreement deed with Transport for Greater Manchestern to fund the
design and development for the CRSTS Lane Head scheme, up to
Overarching Business Case stage; and
(2)
    the Assistant Director –
Legal, Governance and Elections to enter into any agreements
necessary to facilitate (1) above.
