Purpose

Approval for the drawdown of capital funding to develop the A577
complementary works schemes up to detailed OBC.

Works are funded via the City Region Sustainable Transport
Settlement (CRSTS).

Decision

The Director – Place authorises:-
 

(1)     
the council to enter into a funding agreement deed with Transport
for Greater Manchester to fund the design and development for the
City Region Sustainable Transport Settlement A577 Complementary
works scheme, up to Overarching Business Case stage; and

(2)     
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and Elections to
enter into any agreements necessary to facilitate (1) above.
