Purpose

To authorise the grant of a 3-year lease and Option to Purchase
Progress House

Decision

The Portfolio Holder – Finance, Resources and
Transformation:
 

(1)    authorises the lease of the
property and the grant of an option to acquire on the terms
described within the report;

(2)    delegates authority to the
Assistant Director - Property and Assets to finalise the detailed
terms of the lease and any disposal pursuant to the option referred
to at (1); and

(3)    authorises the Assistant
Director - Legal Governance and Elections to enter into all
necessary agreements required to facilitate the above on behalf of
the Council.
