Purpose

Wigan Council have undertaken a procurement exercise for the
Hire of Medium Sized Plant, which will be utilised in its Highway
and Network management activities.

Decision

The Assistant Director – Infrastructure and Regulatory
Services authorises:
 

(1)     
the award of the contract, relating to the Hire of Medium Sized
Plant, to the contractor outlined in the report; and

(2)     
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance & Elections to
enter into such documentation necessary to give effect to 1
above.
