Purpose

Approval to appoint a landscape architect, via the Bloom
framework, to progress the Leigh Civic Square project through to
outline design stage.

Decision

The Director of Place authorises:
 

(1)      
the appointment of the consultant identified in the report; and

(2)      
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and Elections, on
behalf of the Council to enter into any agreements necessary to
facilitate (1).
