Purpose

To approve the marketing for sale of Council owned land. To
approve the acquisition of 3rd party land.

Decision

The Portfolio Holder – Finance, Resources and
Transformation: 
 

(1)       
authorises the collaboration agreement for the sale of land at
Westwood Way as detailed within the report;

(2)       
authorises the Assistant Director Property & Assets to finalise
the details of the agreements in respect of land at Westwood
Way;

(3)       
authorises the acquisition of land at Sale Way/Turner Way as
detailed within the report; and

(4)       
authorises the Assistant Director - Legal Governance &
Elections to enter into all necessary agreements required to
facilitate the above on behalf of the Council.
