Purpose

To seek approval for the extension to DMA & AMA
agreements

Decision

The Assistant Director - Property and Assets authorises:

(1)      
the appointment of the contractor identified in the report on the
substantive terms of the agreements set out in the Appendices to
the report to provide development management and asset management
services in the delivery of Phase 2 of the Civic project; and

(2)      
the Assistant Director - Legal Governance and Elections to enter
into any agreements necessary to facilitate the above on behalf of
the Council.
