Purpose

To seek approval from the Director – Children and Families
/ Assistant Director – Planning and Growth
to sell 13A Green Lane, Leigh, WN7 2TL.

Decision

The Director – Children and Family Services and the
Assistant Director – Property and Assets authorise:
 

(1)  
the disposal of the 13A Green Lane, Leigh, WN7 2TL on the terms
described in the report and in accordance with and pursuant to
Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 and all enabling
legislation; and

(2)  
the Assistant Director - Legal Governance and Elections to enter
into any agreements necessary to facilitate 1 on behalf of the
Council.
