Purpose

Acceptance of Homes England revenue grant funding for housing
development in Wigan

Decision

The Director of Place authorises:
 

(1)      
the acceptance of revenue grant funding from Homes England to
support specific housing led schemes in the borough; and

(2)      
the Assistant Director Legal, Governance & Elections to prepare
and complete any legal documentation necessary to give effect to
(1) above.
