Alternative options considered

Option 1 -The Council could choose not to participate in the Policy Lab, however the grant award offers the Council the opportunity to lead this rapidly evolving agenda to help shape more effective services for local residents. The project is due to be delivered during summer and autumn 2024. It is therefore recommended to accept the grant and proceed to delivery with the named project partners.
