Purpose

Wigan Council have undertaken a procurement exercise to appoint a successful contractor to undertake reconstruction works to a retaining wall on Back Findlay Street in Leigh.

Decision

The Assistant Director – Infrastructure and Regulatory Services authorises:

(1)      the award of the contract, relating to 0687 Back Findlay Street Retaining Wall Reconstruction 2024; to the contractor outlined in the report; and

(2)      the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance & Elections to enter into such documentation necessary to give effect to 1 above.
