Purpose

Support and accommodation units for people who are homeless as a
result of domestic abuse accommodation.

Decision

The Portfolio Holder for Housing and Welfare
authorises:-
 
(1) 
the direct award of the contract to the contractor named within the
report for a 1 year term; and

(2)  the Assistant Director – Legal,
Governance and Elections to enter into any necessary legal
documentation to give effect to (1).
