Purpose

Remodelling and refurbishment of non teaching space to create
addition teaching space to facilitate additional pupils at the
school from September 2024.

Decision

The Director – Place authorises:-
 

(1)      
The award of the contract for internal refurbishment of Atherton
High School, to the successful tenderer, outlined in the
report;

(2)      
use of Basic Need funding to the project or section 106 funding as
and when it becomes available including budget release; and

(3)      
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and Elections to
enter into such necessary contract documentation as required to
give effect to (1) above.
