Decision

The Assistant Director for Public Health authorises :
 

(1)      
the issue of a contract to the provider identified in the report
for the period stated therein; and

(2)      
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and Elections to
enter into such documentation on behalf of the Council necessary to
facilitate (1).
