Purpose

To authorise the appointment of consultants to support
development and manage delivery of the Leigh Building Grant Scheme
as part of the ‘We Love Leigh’ Levelling Up Fund
programme.

Decision

The Director of Place authorises:
 

(1)       
the appointment of the consultant identified in the report; and

(2)       
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and Elections, on
behalf of the Council to enter into any agreements necessary to
facilitate 1.
