Purpose

Appointment of Employers Agent and Principal designer for the
Sheltered Housing refurbishment programme Phase 1 April 24- March
27

Decision

 
The Director - Place authorises:
 
(1)
   the appointment of the successful
Consultant team identified in the report on the terms and for the
contract period described (including any extensions as permitted)
to undertake Employers Agent and Principal Designer (CDM) duties
for the Sheltered investment programme phase 1; and
(2)
   the Assistant Director – Legal,
Governance and Elections to enter into any agreements on behalf of
the Council necessary to facilitate (1).
