Purpose

Wigan Council intends to procure a single contractor to carry
out a comprehensive performance monitoring, reactive and planned
maintenance service across its Solar PV portfolio.

Decision

The Portfolio Holder for Housing and Welfare authorises:
 

(1)      
the appointment of the Contractor identified in the report for the
contract term described to carry out a comprehensive performance
monitoring, reactive and planned maintenance service across the
Council’s Solar PV portfolio; and

(2)      
the Assistant Direct, Legal Governance and Elections to enter into
such documentation, on behalf of the Council, necessary to give
effect to (1) above.
