Purpose

The purpose of this procurement exercise is to procure a
Consultant to provide Professional Design Services commencing with
a review of the feasibility and condition surveys for the delivery
of design proposals from RIBA Stage 2 onwards through to project
completion and handover.

Decision

The Director – Place authorises:
 

(1)      
the appointment of the consultant identified in the report to
provide Professional Design Services commencing with a review of
the feasibility and condition surveys for the delivery of design
proposals from RIBA Stage 2 onwards through to project completion
and handover; and

(2)      
to authorise the Assistant Director - Legal, Governance &
Elections to enter into any agreements necessary to facilitate 1
above.
