Purpose

Report to conclude the procurement process followed to appoint a preferred contractor to undertake the repair and resurfacing of footpaths across priority Parks.

Decision

The Portfolio Holder for Communities and Neighbourhoods authorises:

(1)       the award of the contract set out within this report to deliver the footpath resurfacing programme across the identified priority Parks; and

(2)       the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance & Elections to enter into any agreements on behalf of the Council to facilitate (1).
