Purpose

Proposed variation of the current Boiler Replacement Contract to
allow for additional volumes and scope, which will increase the
value of the original contract.

Decision

The Assistant Director – Property and Assets
authorises:
 

(1)      
the variation of the existing Boiler Replacement and Heating
Installations contract on the terms described in the report;
and

(2)      
authorise the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and
Elections on behalf of the Council to enter into any agreements
necessary to facilitate (1) above.
