Purpose

This report and subsequent decision notice will detail the
procurement of a resurfacing contract for Crank Road, Billinge and
recommend a suitable course of action to be taken.

Decision

The Assistant Director – Infrastructure and
Regulatory Services authorises:

 

(1)      
the award of the contract, relating to resurfacing works on
Crank Rd, Billinge (Upholland Rd - Brownlow Ln) including Upholland
Rd Junction; to the contractor outlined in the report;
and

(2)      
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance &
Elections to enter into such documentation necessary to give effect
to 1 above.
